How do I sign in or recover my account?
Sign in with an available method or start account recovery. For further help, use #account-help in the Sigil Discord.
Where can I remove an application’s permissions?
Open App Permissions in your account to review the information each application can access and revoke its authorization.
Where do I export or delete my account data?
Consult the privacy policy for your data rights and request options, or contact the Sigil contact page.
Why does the card say specimen or preview?
The showcase uses a signed fictional record. Custom profile details and organization status previews are unsigned and do not prove real identity or membership.
Can an officer attestation administer my organization?
No. Officer is a membership designation. Issuer administration requires separate, authenticated organization permissions.
Why is an attestation revoked or expired?
Attestations have their own lifecycle. Ask the issuing organization to review the record. An expired or revoked attestation cannot confirm current membership.
Where should I report a security issue?
Send security details privately to the Sigil contact page. Follow the live security policy and do not post vulnerabilities in public Discord channels.
